This policy explains what information the Crumber app and website (“Crumber”, “we”, “us”) collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Crumber is operated by TRAMBO TECH LTDA, a company registered in Brazil (CNPJ 67.539.388/0001-74).
Your progress, quiz results, review schedule, appearance setting and the dishes you add to My Menu are stored only on your device. We don’t receive them. Deleting the app deletes this information.
When you pass the final exam and ask for a certificate, we store the full name you enter, your exam score, the date and a certificate ID on our servers, hosted by Supabase in the United States. Anyone who has your certificate ID can see this information on our verification page, which is the purpose of the certificate. There is no way to browse or search the list of certificates.
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple’s App Store and governed by Apple’s terms. Apple shares with us only what we need to confirm your subscription, such as an anonymous purchase identifier and its status. We may use a subscription management service, such as RevenueCat, to process this information on our behalf.
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, for security and reliability.
You can ask us to correct or delete your certificate record, or ask what information we hold about you, by emailing marketing@trambo.com.br. If we delete your certificate, it will no longer verify. Depending on where you live, including California and Brazil (LGPD), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Crumber is meant for adults and working servers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
