Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Crumber app and website (“Crumber”), operated by TRAMBO TECH LTDA, a company registered in Brazil (CNPJ 67.539.388/0001-74) (“we”, “us”). By using Crumber, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Crumber.

What Crumber is

Crumber is an educational course about fine dining service. Lessons describe common practices in US restaurants; your employer’s standards, local laws and health codes always come first. Crumber is not a substitute for state-required alcohol server, food handler or allergen training.

Certificates

A Crumber Certificate of Completion shows that you completed every lesson and passed the final exam. It is not a government license or an accredited credential, and it doesn’t guarantee employment, wages or tips. You agree to enter your real name and to earn the certificate yourself. We may revoke certificates obtained by fraud or misuse, and revoked certificates will no longer verify.

Subscriptions

Some content requires a Crumber Pro subscription, billed through your Apple ID.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
We may change prices for future billing periods. Apple will notify you as required.

Acceptable use

Don’t copy, resell or redistribute Crumber’s content, try to break or reverse engineer the app or its services, or use Crumber to break the law. Crumber’s content, design and name belong to us and are protected by law. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use Crumber.

Disclaimers

Crumber is provided “as is”. We work to keep lessons accurate, but we don’t promise that the content is complete, error-free or right for every restaurant. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will tell you in the app. We may suspend accounts or certificates that violate these terms. You can stop using Crumber at any time.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.
